Colorado Perioperative Medicine provides perioperative consultation and patient-centered optimization plans to every patient and surgeon who requests them. Our testing guidelines are available to all of our referring physicians. Our anesthesiologists are all exceptionally trained, professional, punctual, and friendly. Our entire clinical team is board-certified or board-eligible.

Patient Experience Management

The clinical team at CPM has lengthy experience in the measurement and management of Patient Experience metrics, surveys, and communications. Currently, our team uses PatientReady in addition to surgical practice-specific tools to engage and educate patients perioperatively.

CPM reports annually to a Qualified Clinical Data Registry on a wide breadth of quality measures and improvement activities. Our team regularly achieves the > 99%-ile, and reports almost double the number of measures required for participation by CMS. In addition to our expertise in anesthesia and perioperative reporting, we are happy to share our experience with surgical colleagues who are not as familiar with navigating the regulatory landscape of quality reporting.

Our goal at CPM is to follow our patients post-operatively to better understand and impact the likelihood of undesirable outcomes. To that end, we use our clinical IT tools to partner with surgical practices to collect and interpret medical and surgical outcomes data.
